重载交通道路铺装耐久性快速修复技术及应用

摘要 沥青路面在重载交通的作用下易产生车辙、开裂等病害。由于交通流量大、可封闭交通的时间短,重载交通道路的养护维修需要在短时间内完成并快速开放交通。针对上述需求,提出一种能够快速施工的耐久性铺装结构,即高黏弹改性沥青同步碎石防水层+双层重载交通专用改性沥青混合料+不黏轮乳化沥青黏层。采用该铺装结构方案,对2条重载交通道路沥青面层进行修复作业。通车1 a后调查结果显示,重载交通耐久性铺装车道的车辙深度为相邻车道SBS改性沥青路面车辙深度的1/3,同时没有产生坑槽和裂缝病害。重载交通耐久性铺装结构,可实现道路的快速修复,有效提升路面的抗车辙性能和耐久性能,减少反复维修造成对交通和社会的影响,节约养护资金、降低道路的全寿命周期成本。 Under the action of heavy traffic,asphalt pavement is prone to rutting,cracking&other diseases.Because of the large traffic flow&the short time to close the traffic,the maintenance of heavy traffic road needs to be completed in a short time&open the traffic quickly.In view of the above requirements,a kind of durable pavement structure which can be constructed quickly is proposed,that is,high viscoelastic modified asphalt synchronous gravel waterproof layer+double layer heavy load modified asphalt mixture+nonsticky wheel emulsified asphalt adhesive layer.Using the pavement structure scheme,the asphalt surface of 2 heavy traffic roads is repaired.The investigation results show that the rutting depth of heavy traffic durability pavement lane is 1/3 of that of SBS modified asphalt pavement of adjacent lane,and there is no pit&crack.The heavy load traffic durability pavement structure can realize the rapid repair of the road,effectively improve the rut resistance&durability of the pavement,reduce the impact of repeated maintenance on the traffic and society,save maintenance funds and reduce the life cycle cost of the road.
