大数据的发展,为智慧决策的实现提供技术手段。如何利用大数据改进工业园区管理和企业服务,发挥现代化工园区企业优势,将是现代工业园区面临的新课题。以上海化工园区为例,研究基于大数据的工业园区智慧决策平台,旨在从园区定位、产业特点出发,以云计算为基础支撑,利用大数据手段对化工园区的数据进行采集交换、汇聚治理、存储计算、开发应用,从而为化工园区管理者提供决策参考和数据支撑,推进智慧园区更加科学、高效地建设。

The development of big data provides technical means for the realization of intelligent decision-making.How to use big data to improve industrial park management&enterprise serv i ces,and give play to the advantages of modern industrial park enterprises.It will be a new topic for modern industrial parks.Taking Shanghai Chemical Industry Park as an example,the intelligent decision-making platform for the industrial park based on big data is researched.The purpose is to start from the park's positioning&industrial characteristics,taking cloud computing as the support,using big data means to collect,exchange,gather,manage,store,calculate,develop and apply the data of the chemical industry park,so as to provide decision-making reference and data support for the managers of the chemical industry park,and promote the construction of the intelligent park more scientifically and efficiently.
