经过40年的改革与发展,我国已进入一个全新的时代,社区文化建设成为一个亟待研究的课题。新时代社区文化建设的开展需要建立健全管理机制,形成政府监管、社区承接、居民自治、社会力量参与等新型经营模式;在良性健全的新时代社区文化经营模式下,借助群众喜闻乐见的音乐文化活动,可以有效推动国民整体文化素养的提升,促进我国新时代精神文明建设。

With 40 years’ reform and developing,our nation has entered into a new era,and community culture construction is becoming a subject desperately to be studied. The conducting of community culture construction in the new era needs new operating model,such as sound management,activity place,teaching staff,facility equipment,fund procurement and forming a new pattern of government supervision,community undertaking,resident autonomy,and social forces’ participation. With sound management of new community culture,by organizing popular musical and cultural activities,it can effectively improve the cultural quality of the whole nation and promote our nation’s construction of spiritual civilization in the new era.
