Training of Collaborative Innovation Ability of Computer Specialty

摘要 协同创新能力培养是工程教育的基本要求,同时也是解决地方高校计算机专业发展与产业需求脱节问题的重要途经。针对这一问题可采取如下措施:从新工科的基本特征和新工科人才要求出发,结合地方经济转型的实际,充分发挥"厅市共建"新平台,整合创新资源及要素,深化学科融合、产教融合、优化课程、教学改革及质量评价模式,建设多元、系统、逐步提升的计算机专业协同创新人才培养体系,培养适应时代发展需要,具有创新创业能力和跨界整合能力的计算机工程技术人才。 Collaborative innovation ability training is not only the basic requirement of engineering education,but also an important way to solve the problem of disconnection between the development of computer specialty and industrial demand in local universities. In view of this problem,starting from the basic characteristics of new disciplines and the requirements of new engineering talents,combining with the reality of local economic transformation,we should give full play to the new platform of "office-city co-construction",integrate innovative resources and elements,deepen the integration of disciplines,production and education, Optimized curriculum, reform of teaching and quality evaluation model, and build an pluralistic, systemic and progressively improved one. The training system of collaborative innovation talents for computer specialty aims to train computer engineering and technical personnel with innovative entrepreneurship and cross-border integration ability to meet the needs of the times.
