Research on Evaluation Model of Information Sharing Risk in Enterprise Alliance under Shared Economy Model

信息共享在企业联盟战略中发挥着重要的作用。联盟企业之间高效率的信息共享可以提高企业的竞争力和运作效率,但是投机行为、合作溢出、有限理性、市场风险、信息泄密等问题导致许多企业对企业间信息共享持有戒心。从企业联盟信息共享的内涵及价值入手,界定信息共享的内部风险和外部风险,并构建了包含8个变量的风险评价模型,进而判断企业联盟信息共享风险的大小。

Information sharing plays an important role in enterprise alliance strategy. Efficient information sharing among enterprises can improve the competitiveness and operational efficiency of enterprises. Problems such as speculative behavior,cooperative spillover,bounded rationality,market risk and information leak have led many enterprises to be wary of information sharing among enterprises. Starting with the connotation and value of information sharing in enterprise alliances,this paper defines the internal and external risks of information sharing,and constructs a risk evaluation model with eight variables,and then judges the size of information sharing risk in enterprise alliances.
