摘要
为了降低双组份弹性纤维(以下简称SPH)纺丝的断头率,确保生产正常运行。根据生产实践,分析生产过程中原料、切片干燥、纺丝温度、侧吹风、上油以及GR1温度和绕丝圈数、 GR2温度对断头的影响。通过试验,找出最佳的工艺条件:调整干燥温度在165℃左右,严格控制干切片含水率在30μg/g以下;纺丝温度稳定在286-292℃之间,此时生产较稳定;通过风速试验选取最佳风速为0. 5 m/min,侧吹风空调系统控制风温为(25±1)℃,风湿为(75±5)%为宜;GR1绕丝圈数6. 5圈,温度设定在100~120℃之间;GR2辊的温度确定在125~135℃之间。通过以上调整生产基本稳定,断头明显减少,能够获得稳定的定重率,从而降低原料消耗,增加企业的经济效益。
In order to reduce the breakage rate of two-component elastic fiber(hereinafter referred to as SPH) during spinning and ensure the normal operation of production, according to the production practice,the effects of raw materials, slice drying, spinning temperature, side blowing, oiling, GR1 temperature,number of winding coils and GR2 temperature on the end breakage were analyzed. Through the experiment,the best process conditions were found: adjusted the drying temperature to about 165 ℃, strictly controlled the moisture content of the dry slices to below 30 μg/g;the spinning temperature was stable between 286 ~292 ℃, and the production was relatively stable at this time. Through the wind speed test, the best wind speed was 0.5 m/min, the air temperature controlled by the side blowing air conditioning system was 25 ± 1℃, and the rheumatism was 75 ± 5%. the number of coils of GR1 was 6.5, and the temperature was set between 100 ~ 120 ℃;the temperature of GR2 roller was determined between 125 ~ 135 ℃. Through the above adjustment, the production was basically stable, the number of broken ends was significantly reduced, and a stable constant weight rate can be obtained, so as to reduce the consumption of raw materials and increase the economic benefits of enterprise.
