摘要 流行文化作为一种影响社会成员价值观取向的文化,其运行机制与成人非正式学习的碎片性一致,其文化内容迎合了成人学习的需求,是一种主导成人非正式学习过程的重要方面。流行文化曲折的时间结构,可以使成人个体在一段时间内吸收内化同样的文化信息,形成隐形的学习共享机制。其自由而独立的本质特征,能够提升成人对个人学习的控制感,解放成人被压抑的求知欲。另外,借助流行文化符号这一抽象事物,可以让成人在非正式学习过程中达成经验上的同一性认同。分析和认识在流行文化背景下成人学习的“应然状态”,是对成人非正式学习研究领域的重要补充和理论延伸。 As a kind of culture that influences the value orientation of social members,pop culture operates in accordance with the fragmentation of adult informal learning,Its cultural content caters to the needs of adult learning and is an important aspect that dominates adult informal learning process.The tortuous time structure of pop culture enables adults to absorb and internalize the same cultural information within a period of time,forming an invisible learning sharing mechanism.Its free and independent essential characteristic,promoted the adult to the individual study sense of control,liberated the adult to be suppressed intellectual desire.In addition,with the help of the abstract object of pop culture symbols,adults can achieve the empirical identity in the informal learning process.The analysis and understanding of the“natural state”of adult learning in the context of popular culture is an important supplement and theoretical extension to the research field of adult informal learning.
