Research on Professional Education of Migrant Workers’ Vocation in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

在人工智能时代,智能设备将会对农民工的就业产生巨大冲击。如果农民工不能适应人工智能大环境下职业对从业人员的专业化要求,他们将面临被“智能”设备替代的窘境。如何让农民工符合人工智能时代企业对从业人员的专业化需求,是当前对农民工进行职业教育所要解决的迫切问题。本文结合数据分析对人工智能时代农民工职业专业化教育培训需求及对策进行探讨以期对未来农民工的就业有所帮助。

In the artificial intelligence era,smart devices will have a huge impact on the employment of migrant workers.If migrant workers cannot adapt to the professional background requirements of occupational practitioners in the artificial intelligence environment,they will face the dilemma of being replaced by smart devices.How to make migrant workers meet the professional needs of enterprises in the era of artificial intelligence is an urgent problem to be solved by vocational education for migrant workers.Based on the data analysis,this paper discusses the demand and countermeasures of vocational and professional education and training for migrant workers in the era of artificial intelligence,so as to help the future employment of migrant workers.
