摘要
TPACK是信息时代高校教师必须具备的重要能力之一,而针对高校新教师开展的岗前培训是其掌握教育教学智慧、提升TPACK能力水平,实现由学习者向传授者角色转换的重要环节。以邵阳学院岗前培训为例,分析当前高校教师岗前培训中存在的问题,引入联通主义学习理论并论述运用该理论进行新教师TPACK发展的可行性,进而构建TPACK知识发展方案,并对方案中的学习目标、学习共同体、学习资源、学习过程四要素进行设计,以期更好地促进新教师TPACK获得与增长。
TPACK is one of the important abilities that college teachers must possess in the information age.The pre-post training is held to help the new college teachers to get educational wisdom and transform to a teacher successfully.Taking the Shaoyang University as an example,the thesis analyzed the deficiency of the pre-post training,and discussed the feasibility of developing new college teacher’s TPACK knowledge based on connectivism,constructed the developing scheme,and also designed four key sub-factors:learning goal,learning community,learning resource,learning process,hoping it would be effective to help new college teacher get much more knowledge about TPACK.
