As the internet has become a new force to improve the quality of mental health service in universities because it broadens the spatial and temporal scope of mental health education,an important facilitator for university students in their growth,universities should try to identify the connections between the“internet+”and mental health education to help with their students'overall development with positive mental quality through an effective“internet+mental health education”mode.
