摘要
创新型英语人才培养是社会的需求,更是英语教学发展和改革的方向。从需求分析的视角探析课程设置和师资队伍建设,对完善“英语+专业”创新型人才培养模式具有重要的作用。
Innovation-oriented English talent cultivation should be taken as one of the goals for the development and reform of English education as it meets the demands of the society.To further improve the type of talent cultivation program,it is necessary to make an study of its curricular system and teaching team construction form the perspective of demand analysis.
