摘要
在对国内外水果采摘装置进行研究和果园实地考察基础上,拟定了多功能模块化水果采摘器设计方案并进行相关结构设计和参数计算。产品可实现对苹果、桃、桔子、荔枝等10种水果的采摘工作,大大降低了采摘劳动强度,提高了采摘作业效率,其无级调速伸缩结构在机械采摘的发展道路上有望引领采摘作业的变革。
A design of a multifunctional modularized fruit collector was proposed in the paper as well as its structural design and parameter calculation on the basis of a field investigation on fruit farms and a survey of existing fruit collectors at home and abroad.The product is able to collect 10 kinds of fruits including apple,peach,orange and linchee,etc.,and lower the workload and improve working efficiency.In addition,its continuous variable transmission may lead to a revolution of mechanical fruit collecting.
