摘要
汽车后保险杠支架主要应用了冲压翻边成型工艺,本文以翻边成型模具为例介绍了冲压翻边成型模具的结构。通过在试模过程中对起皱零件的分析,总结出如何在设计加工中最大程度的避免起皱的原因。最后的成品件部分出现回弹,对回弹程度进行计算,调整翻边力和部分模具结构最终成功解决回弹问题。
The structure of a stamping flanging forming mold for the production of automobile rear bumper brackets was described in the paper below,wherein possible means to avoid wrinkles during design and processing to the greatest extent were brought forth on the basis of an analysis of wrinkled parts found trial molding and the solutions to springback of finished products were also put forward through the calculation of springback and subsequent adjustment of flanging force and mold structure.
