摘要
浸润性梯度表面在液体自运输和生物蛋白或细胞吸附研究方面有着重要作用,具有相同表面性质的筛网结构可以应用在油水分离领域。采用氨碱氧化法,将铜网浸泡在氨碱溶液中,在不同的局部反应时间下制备氢氧化铜纳米线,从而得到具有连续浸润性梯度的铜网。通过扫描电子显微镜观察了铜网表面的微观结构以及纳米线的生长状态,并采用接触角测量仪研究了水滴浸润性的变化。结果表明:氢氧化铜纳米线的不同生长状态导致铜网表面具有不同的浸润性,同时表面浸润性的梯度率受制备过程中混合溶液浓度的影响,梯度范围受混合液滴加速率的影响。
The wettability gradient surface has great advantages in studying the self-transport of liquid and the adsorption of biological proteins or cells.The screen structure with the same surface properties can be used in oil-water separation.In this study,copper mesh was immersed in ammonia-alkali solution by ammonia-alkali oxidation method,and copper hydroxide nanowires were prepared at different local reaction times so as to obtain copper mesh with continuous wettability gradient.The microstructure of copper mesh and the growth state of nanowires were observed by scanning electron microscope.The change of water droplet infiltration was studied by using contact angle measuring instrument.The results show that the different growth states of copper hydroxide nanowires lead to different wettability on the surface of copper mesh,which is affected by the concentration of mixed solution and the rate of droplet addition.
