涡虫神经再生相关基因及其调控通路

Genes and its regulatory pathways involved in nerve regeneration in planarian

摘要 神经系统在调节动物生理功能、控制动物行为上发挥着重要作用。涡虫因其独特的再生特性,已被用作研究神经再生机制的模式生物。基于三种涡虫神经再生相关文献,着重对涡虫神经再生过程中相关基因的分布、作用机制及重要信号通路等内容进行综述,探讨涡虫神经再生的分子机制,为研究高等动物如人类神经系统的发育、神经相关疾病的治疗等提供背景资料。 Nervous system plays an important role in regulating animal physiological functions and controlling animal behaviors.Due to its unique regenerative characteristics,planarians have been used as a model organism to study the neural regeneration mechanism.In this article,the distribution of genes,mechanism and important signaling pathways involved in the process of nerve regeneration were reviewed,which were beneficial to explore the molecular mechanism of planarians nerve regeneration and to study the development of the nervous system and nerve diseases treatment in the higher animals including humans.
