Influence of Exercise Prescription Teaching on the Health of College Students in General Colleges and Universities

目的:探讨运动处方教学实践对普通高校学生体质健康影响效果.方法:采用文献资料法、教学实验法、数据统计法等研究方法,对60名身体素质测试成绩较弱的同学进行运动处方教学模式实践教学;实验干预周期为14周,实验过程中,分别对学生进行耐力性运动处方教学、速度力量性运动处方教学、柔韧性运动处方;实验前后分别对60名学生进行身体素质测试,内容包括:50 m、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐(女)、引体向上(男)、800 m(女)、1000 m(男).结果:经过14周运动处方教学学生的各项身体素质指标都有不同程度的提高.结论:运动处方教学对普通高校学生的体质具有显著的影响.

Objective:To study the effect of exercise prescription teaching practice on the physical health of students in general colleges and universities.Methods:Using the method of literature,Teaching experiment method、Research methods such as data statistics,The teaching mode of sports prescription was carried out in 60 students with weak physical fitness test results;The intervention cycle was 12 weeks.In the course of the experiment,The teaching of endurance exercise prescription for students is carried out respectively、Speed and power exercise prescription teaching、Flexible exercise prescription;60 students were tested for physical fitness before and after the experiment,These include:50 m、standing long jump、Sitting body flexion、Sit-up(female)、Pull up(male)、800 m(female)、1000 meters(male).Results:After 12 weeks of“combination of physical medicine and medicine”exercise prescription teaching,the students'physical fitness indexes have been improved to varying degrees.Conclusion:Discussion on the influence of exercise prescription Teaching practice on the physique of College students.
