为了处理航行过程中挥发的气体,LNG船须配备再液化及蒸汽处理系统,该系统可减少挥发气体的积累,将其液化回舱。以配备瓦锡兰再液化系统的某LNG船为研究载体,介绍大型LNG船再液化和蒸汽处理系统的组成和工作原理,为后续LNG船再液化及蒸汽处理系统设计提供参考。

To deal with the Boil Off Gas(BOG)during transportation,re liquefaction and steam treatment system is essential for LNG carrier,which can reduce BOG via liquefying and sending them back to cargo tank.The components and working mechanism of re liquefaction and steam treatment system of large LNG carrier are introduced using some LNG carrier equipped with the re liquefaction system from Wartsila as the research carrier,which provides reference for the follow up work.
