为解决船舶建造过程中涂装物料配套管理物资流与信息流不同步、数据处理效率低等问题,分析涂料管理流程,梳理管理过程数据流,以准时制生产和精益管理为理论基础,建立涂料管理模型,并提出涂料管理体系。经实际工程验证,该体系实现物资流与信息流互联互通,数据处理速度快、准确率高,满足船厂对涂料管理的数字化、信息化要求,为智能制造打下基础。

In order to solve the problems of non synchronization between the material flow and information flow and low efficiency of data processing in the management of coating materials in the process of shipbuilding,by analyzing coating management process and organizing the management process data flow,based on the theory of just in time production and lean management,a coating management model is established and a coating management system is proposed.Passing through the verification of actual engineering,the system realizes the interconnection between the material flow and information flow.With a fast data processing speed and high accuracy,the system meets the requirements of digitalization and informatization of coating management in shipyards,laying a foundation for intelligent manufacturing.
