急性下肢动脉栓塞的术后优质护理

Postoperative High Quality Nursing of Acute Lower Extremity Artery Embolism

目的:分析急性下肢动脉栓塞患者经手术治疗后予以优质护理干预的具体措施及临床应用价值。方法:我院接受手术治疗的急性下肢动脉栓塞患者89例,随机分为两组,对照组予以术后常规护理,观察组予以术后优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组恢复效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症率相较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性下肢动脉栓塞患者经手术治疗后予以优质护理干预能够促进患者恢复,减少术后并发症出现,提高患者的满意感,倡导推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the specific measures and clinical application value of high quality nursing intervention for patients with acute lower extremity artery embolism after operation. Methods: 89 patients with acute lower extremity arterial embolization who underwent surgery in our hospital were randomLy divided into two groups. The control group received postoperative routine nursing. The observation group received postoperative quality nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The recovery effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing intervention for patients with acute lower limb arterial embolization after surgical treatment can promote the recovery of patients, reduce postoperative complications, improve patients’sense of satisfaction, and advocate the popularization and application.
