持续质量改进对肝胆外科护理满意率的影响

Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on Nursing Satisfaction Rate in Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的:研究持续质量改进对肝胆外科护理满意率的影响。方法:以我院肝胆外科收治的360例患者为研究对象,根据就诊先后顺序将患者划分为两组,以2018年7月~2019年7月来我院肝胆外科就诊的180例患者为实验组,同时将以往来我院肝胆外科就诊的180例患者设为对照组,以各项评价指标为基础,比较护理质量改进前后患者的护理满意率。其中包括操作技术、服务态度、接待工作、医疗指导、出院指导等多个指标,所有项目采用百分比制进行评分。结果:经研究发现,对照组患者在各项指标中的护理满意率皆低于实验组,说明在持续质量改进后,肝胆外科护理满意率得到了显著提升,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论:在肝胆外科的护理服务实施过程中,如果能持续改进护理服务质量就可以提升患者的护理满意度,因此应在临床实践中持续提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To study the effect of continuous quality improvement on nursing satisfaction rate in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:The patients admitted to the hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital were divided into two groups according to the sequence of visits.The experimental group consisted of 180 patients who visited the hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.At the same time,180 patients who visited the hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital in the past were set as the control group,and the evaluation indexes were taken as the basis.Basically,the nursing satisfaction rate of patients before and after the improvement of nursing quality was compared.Including operation technology,service attitude,reception work,medical guidance,discharge guidance and other indicators,all items are graded by percentage system.Results:The study found that the nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the control group was lower than that of the experimental group in various indicators,indicating that after continuous quality improvement,the nursing satisfaction rate of hepatobiliary surgery has been significantly improved,P<0.05 has statistical significance.Conclusion:In the implementation of nursing service in hepatobiliary surgery,if the quality of nursing service can be continuously improved,the patients’satisfaction with nursing can be improved.Therefore,the quality of nursing should be continuously improved in clinical practice to promote the early recovery of patients.
