布拉氏酵母菌散联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Bladders Yeast Powder Combined with Clostridium Butyricum Active Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea

目的:观察慢性腹泻治疗中,采用布拉氏酵母菌散与酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合治疗方法临床效果。方法:选择我院收治的140例慢性腹泻患者,均分为常规组(70例)和联合组(70例),常规组慢性腹泻患者实行布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,联合组慢性腹泻患者实行布拉氏酵母菌散联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗方法,观察和分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:常规组慢性腹泻患者经过治疗后,联合组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率优于常规组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性腹泻患者临床治疗中,实行布拉氏酵母菌散联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗效果可观,可以有效提升联合治疗效果,降低不良反应发生几率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of brucellosis powder combined with Clostridium caseate live bacteria capsule in the treatment of chronic diarrhea.Methods:140 patients with chronic diarrhea treated in our hospital were divided into routine group(n=70)and combined group(n=70).The patients with chronic diarrhea in the routine group were treated with brucellae yeast powder,and the patients with chronic diarrhea in the combined group were treated with Clostridium caseate live capsule.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The patients with chronic diarrhea in the routine group were treated with the effective rate of the combined group.The incidence of adverse reactions was better than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic diarrhea,the effect of brucellosis powder combined with Clostridium butyricum capsule is considerable,which can effectively improve the effect of combined treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
