腹腔镜下全子宫切除术围手术期的护理措施分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Measures in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的:分析腹腔镜下全子宫切除术(total laparoscopic hysterectomy,TLH)围手术期的护理措施。方法:研究主体的入院时间是2016年8月至2019年8月,共计TLH患者84例,随机分A组(例数是42)和B组(例数是42)。A组选用围手术护理,B组选用常规护理,对比内容是护理效果。结果:A组患者围手术期指标均优于B组,且A组并发症率低于B组,对比差异极为显著,示为P<0.05。结论:围手术期护理可保证TLH手术效果,具有较高安全性。

Objective:To analyze the nursing measures during the perioperative period of laparoscopic total hysterectomy(TLH).Methods:The admission time of the main body was from August 2016 to August 2019,and 84 cases were randomLy divided into group A(number 42)and group B(number 42).The former was used for perioperative care,and the latter used routine nursing.The comparative content was the nursing effect.Results:The perioperative indexes of group A were better than those of group B,and the complication rate of group A was lower than that of group B,the difference was very significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing can guarantee the effect of TLH operation and has high safety.
