内科住院医师规范化培训中的人文素养的探讨

在目前医患关系复杂且紧张的大背景下,我国目前的内科住院医师规范化培训需在注重临床胜任力的同时,人文素养的培养同样重要。内科医师应坚持以人为本,从患者的生理属性、社会属性等方面出发,与患者展开全方位的沟通,实现患者的身心健康。由此可知,较强的人文素养是内科医师必备条件,但目前国内内科医师规范化培训过程中,人文素养培养较为欠缺。本文旨在探究内科医师规范化培训中人文素养培养策略,从而使内科医师人文素养得要有效提升。

In the current context of complex and tense doctor-patient relationship,the standardized training of physicians shuould not only focus on skills training,but also pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic competence in China.The major mission of physicians is to provide the comprehensive healthcare based on the humanistic emotion,management ability,and social ability,and to develop a deeper communication with patients starting from physiological and social attributes.In that case,the physicians should be equipped with strong humanistic quality,but the problems in humanistic quality culture in the standardized training of physicians is significant.This paper is aim at discuss and explore the humanistic quality training strategies in the standardized training of physicians,and effectively improve the humanistic quality of physicians.
