基于集对分析的轨道交通站自行车换乘停车设施选址研究

摘要 轨道交通站自行车换乘停车设施选址的影响因素较多,需要构建指标体系和评价比选方法以选择出最优方案。从服务水平、空间影响和建设投入三个层面出发,建立包含8项指标的评价指标体系,并给出各项指标的具体定义和量化方法。提出基于集对分析的自行车换乘停车设施选址方案比选方法,即采用熵值法确定各指标值权重,根据集对分析对备选方案进行排序,比选出最优方案。最后将该方法应用于南京市轨道交通朝天宫站的交通接驳一体化规划中。研究结果表明,该方法可以对站点选址提供有效的决策支持。 Various factors need to be taken into a comprehensive consideration in the site selection of bicycle parking facilities for urban rail transit station. An index system as well as an evaluation and selection method should be constructed to obtain an optimized plan. The evaluation index system was built by introducing eight indexes,covering three aspects which were the service quality,the spatial influence and the construction cost. Detailed definition and quantification method for each index were given. The method of site selection of bicycle parking facilities for urban rail transit station based on Set Pair Analysis(SPA) was introduced. The weights of indexes were calculated using entropy method. The optimized plan could be determined by ranking the candidate sites on the basis of SPA principle. Finally,this method was applied in the integrated connection planning of Chaotiangong station in Nanjing. The results show that the method could effectively support the decision-making of site selection of bicycle parking facilities for urban rail transit station.
