摘要
能够代表世界最先进科技水平的科技成果,莫过于获得诺贝尔科技奖和菲尔兹奖的成果了。美国是迄今为止获得两个奖项人数最多的国家,其科技创新水平全球领先。而俄罗斯和日本在这两个奖项获得者数量上也远超中国。传统的研究,将我国科技创新水平不高的原因归结为体制、经济、教育模式、历史文化传统等方面,但客观分析表明,并非如此。真正的重要原因之一,在于其科学术语是否具有共享性。对于一个国家而言,在其他条件相当的情况下,它的科技术语越是具有共享性,那么它的科技创新能力就越强,科技创新水平就越高;反之亦然。美国、日本和俄罗斯充分表明了这一点。因此,我国要提升科技创新水平,就有必要在保护传统文化的前提下,在教育领域进行一场大规模的科学术语的拉丁字母化改革。
The scientific and technological achievements that represent the world’s most advanced scientific and technological level are the Nobel Prize in Science and Technology and the Math Fields Prize.The United States is the country with the largest number of awards to date,and its level of technological innovation is undoubtedly the world leader.Russia and Japan are far ahead of China in the number of winners of the two awards.Traditional research has attributed the low level of scientific and technological innovation in China to the aspects of system,economy,education model,historical and cultural traditions.But objective analysis shows that this is not the case.One of the real important reasons is whether its scientific terminology is shared.For a country,the more comprehensive its technical terminology is,the stronger its technological innovation capability and the higher the level of technological innovation are,and vice versa.The experience of the United States,Japan and Russia fully demonstrates this.Therefore,in order to upgrade the level of scientific and technological innovation,it is necessary for China to carry out a large-scale scientific terminology Latin alphabetization reform in the field of education under the premise of protecting traditional culture.
