泌尿外科护士自主学习能力及核心能力调查与分析

Analysis of self-learning ability and core competence of nursesin the Department of Urology

目的:对泌尿外科护士自主学习能力及核心能力进行调查分析。方法:在2018年6月至12月期间,采用便利抽样的方法选取我市6所医院102名泌尿外科护士,采用现场问卷调查的方法进行调查。调查工具包括自制一般情况调查表、2009年修订版《注册护士核心能力量表》及《护理人员自主学习能力评价量表》。计量资料两组对比采用t检验,多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,多因素分析采用Logistic回归分析,相关性分析采用Pearson相关性分析。结果:泌尿外科护理人员自主学习能力总分为122.04±19.03分,处于一般水平。泌尿外科护理人员自主学习能力量表总分162.03±30.72,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示:学历、职称、是否护理骨干、职务的不同泌尿外科护士自主学习能力差异具有统计学意义,学历、工作年限、职称、是否护理骨干、是否护士长的不同泌尿外科护士核心能力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示:职称、是否护理骨干、是否护士长为泌尿外科护士自主学习能力独立性影响因素;工作年限、职称、是否护理骨干、是否护士长为泌尿外科护士核心能力独立性影响因素(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,泌尿外科护士自主学习能力及核心能力各维度均呈显著正相关关系(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:泌尿外科护士自主学习能力及核心能力均处于中等水平,主要受工作年限、职称、是否护理骨干、是否护士长的影响,泌尿外科护士自主学习能力与核心能力呈显著正相关关系。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the self-learning ability and core competence of nurses in the department of urology in Dazhou,Sichuan.Methods:From June to December 2018,a convenient sampling method was used to select 102 nurses in the department of urology from 6 hospitals in our city.The survey was an on-site questionnaire survey.The survey tools included a self-made general survey,the 2009 revised edition of the Registered Nurses Core Competency Scale,and the Nursing Staff Autonomous Learning Competency Assessment Scale.The t test was used to compare the two groups of measurement data.One-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between groups.Logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis and Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.Results:The total learning ability of nursing staff in the department of urology was 122.04±19.03,which was at a general level.The total score of the self-learning ability scale was 162.03±30.72,which was at a medium level.The results of multi-factor regression analysis showed that the professional title,nursing backbone,whether the nurse was the influencing factor of the independent learning ability of the urological nurse.The working years,professional titles,whether the backbone of the nursing,whether the head nurse was the influencing factor of the core competence of the urology nurse(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the independent learning ability and core competence of urological nurses(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-learning ability and core ability of nurses in the department of urology in our city are at a medium level,which is mainly affected by the number of years of work,professional titles,nursing backbone,and whether they are nurses.The independent learning ability of urology nurses is significantly positively correlated with core competence.
