提质增效的“3S+7S”标准化精益管理

摘要 中国石化胜利油田分公司已进入开发的中后阶段,生产经营难度越来越大。永安管理区所管辖的油水井站全部位于野外,生产过程中受季节、天气、周边环境等因素影响较大。将生产区域“3S”管理和非生产区域“7S”管理有机融合,互相补充,共同推进,并渗透到日常工作、生活的每一个环节,让制度转化为全员行为习惯。“3S+7S”管理能够统一生产区域与非生产区域管理标准,实现两者之间基础管理工作的无缝衔接,提升管理质量和管理水平,激发全体员工高昂士气和责任感,养成良好的工作生活习惯,促进精益管理水平提升。 Shengli Oilfield Branch of Sinopec has entered the middle and late stage of development,and its production and operation are becoming more and more difficult.The oil and water well stations under the jurisdiction of Yongan administrative area are all located in the field,and the production process is greatly affected by season,weather,surrounding environment and other factors.The"3S"management in the production area and the"7S"management in the non-production area are organically integrated,they are complemented each other,promoted together,and penetrated into every link of daily work and life,so that the system can be transformed into the behavior habits of the whole staff.3S+7S management can unify the management standards of production area and non-production area,realize seamless connection of basic management work of two areas,improve management quality and management level,stimulate high morale and responsibility of all staff,develop good working habits,and promote the improvement of lean management level.
