外销原油有机氯控制能力分析与改进

Analysis and Improvement of Organochlorine Control of Sale Crude Oil

油气储运中心是集原油储、运、销一体化的专业化单位,承担着中原油田85%以上原油的计量交接、储运和外销任务,其外销原油质量指标的控制情况直接影响到整个中原油田的形象。2017年外销原油在中原油田出现2次超标,均及时处理,未对下游用户造成损失。对外销原油的测量系统进行分析,统计了中原油田外销原油有机氯控制指标能力,并分析了造成原油有机氯超标的原因,提出了相应的改进措施。通过改进措施的实施,中原油田外销原油有机氯含量的过程能力由0.73上升到1.64,外销原油有机氯指标合格率达到100%。

Oil and gas storage and transportation center is a specialized unit that integrates the storage,transportation and marketing of crude oil.It undertakes the task of metering handover,storing and transporting and sale more than 85%of crude oil in Zhongyuan Oilfield.The control of quality indexes of sale crude oil directly affects the image of Zhongyuan Oilfield.In 2017,the quality of the sale crude oil exceeded the standard twice in Zhongyuan Oilfield,all of which were handled in a timely manner,did not cause losses to downstream users,but still caused great attention of oilfield leaders.The measurement system of sale crude oil is analyzed,the organic chlorine of sale crude oil in Zhongyuan Oilfield is counted,the causes of the standard exceeding of organic chlorine in crude oil are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.Through the implementation of the improvement measures,the control ability of Zhongyuan Oilfield to the organic chlorine content of sale crude oil increased from 0.73 to 1.64,and the qualified rate of the organic chlorine index of sale crude oil reached 100%.
