Quality management is the reliable guarantee of stable operation of heat exchanger.Based on the analysis of leakage of hexane evaporator tube sheet in high density polyethylene unit of Jilin Petrochemical Company,the high polymer composite material was used for anti-corrosion.This measure has achieved rapid results.The long-term operation of the hexane evaporator has laid a solid foundation for the stable production of the unit.
