The Research of Shi Yuren’s Ceramic Art

施于人,是学院派现代陶艺家中具有代表性的人物。在他六十多年的艺术创作生涯中,主张"推陈出新",他的陶瓷绘画受到多方面的因素影响,他呕心沥血地在大自然中、在民间艺术中、在不断的摸索与创新中寻找艺术。他的创作思维突破了几何空间对称性的局限,开辟了将"道"与"器"结合的新理念。本文从施于人先生所处的时代环境出发,结合施于人先生绘画艺术作品,分析影响其陶瓷绘画艺术风格的因素,使更多人了解他的陶瓷绘画作品在陶艺界中自成体系,有很高的创造性和独异性,他独特的创作思想和新颖的陶艺作品照亮了景德镇现代陶艺发展的方向。

Shi Yuren, a representative of those modern ceramists who have taken ‘academism’ as the mainstream. In his career of more than sixty years, he advocated "getting rid of the stale and bringing forth the fresh". His ceramic paintings were influenced by various factors. He exerted his utmost effort to make explorations on folk art and even nature. His creative thinking broke through the limitation of geometric symmetry in space, and combining spirit with vessel was a new idea he proposed. This paper takes the environment Mr. Shi lives in as a starting point, and analyzes the factors influencing his ceramic painting style by reviewing his works, so that more people will know that he has established a style of his own through his creative and unique works. His creative ideas and neoteric works have blazed a way for modern ceramic development in Jingdezhen.
