织物性能与下肢残障者服装穿脱方便性的关系

Relationship between fabric performance and the dressing convenience of lower limb disabled persons

为更科学地指导残疾人服装的选材与设计,选身材相似的3名下肢残障者为受试者,将10种常见西裤织物按照受试者身材尺寸制作成西裤,请受试者进行穿脱实验。用视频分析法得到受试者穿脱西裤的具体动作及所需时间,将穿脱时间作为穿脱方便性的客观评价指标,同时请受试者对穿脱方便性进行主观评价。经过研究得出:捋裤腿在戴假肢的下肢残障者穿脱过程中占用较多的时间,穿着弹性好的织物做成的裤子,可以明显减少这个动作的时间;织物性能对下肢残障者穿脱时间有较大影响,其中相关性最大的是织物纬向瞬间弹性回复率;穿脱时间越长,下肢残障者会感觉穿脱越不方便。

In order to investigate the relationship between fabric performance and the dressing convenience of the physically disabled persons,as well as to instruct the fashion design and material choice for the physically disabled persons,3 lower limb disabled persons with similar size were selected as the subjects,and 10 common trousers fabrics were used to make into trousers according to the subjects′dimensions.The pull-out experiment by the subjects was carried out.The video analysis method was employed to analyze the exact actions as well as the time needed for the subjects to put on and take off the trousers,which were used as the objective evaluation index.At the same time,the subjective evaluation was conducted by the subjects regarding the dressing convenience.The results showed that rolling and smoothing the trousers legs had taken relatively longer time of the total dressing actions for the lower limb disabled persons.The rolling and smoothing time can be decreased obviously if the trousers were made of elastic fabrics.Fabric performance influenced the dressing time of the lower limb disabled people obviously,with the fabric weft instant elastic recovery ratio having the largest correlation coefficient.Moreover,the longer the dressing time is,the more inconvenient the lower limb disabled persons will feel for the dressing.
