纺织产品中致癌芳香胺赋存特征及健康风险

Occurrence characteristics and health risks of carcinogenic aromatic amines in textiles

为了解国内纺织产品中致癌芳香胺污染现状及相关风险,统计了2万余个涵盖各类纺织产品的致癌芳香胺检测结果,共计197个阳性样品超过国家强制性标准限定值。研究发现芳香胺赋存在阳性样品中呈一定特征:联苯胺在丝织物中的含量明显高于其他织物;3,3′-二甲氧基联苯胺主要赋存在蓝、黑色且含有纤维素纤维的染色织物中;2,4-二氨基甲苯几乎只赋存在印花类纺织品中,颜色多为红色。模拟纺织品上的致癌芳香胺染料因人体长期接触摩擦而迁移到人体的过程,检测了其迁移率,最高达7.26%,并初步评估了相关的健康风险,结果表明其处于低风险级别。

To understand the current pollution status and related risks of carcinogenic aromatic amines in textiles,more than 20000 detection results of carcinogenic aromatic amine covering various textile products were counted.There were a total of 197 positive samples exceeded the National mandatory standard limit values.The occurrence characteristics of amines in textiles was observed:the aniline content in silk fabric was higher than that of other fabrics;3,3′\|dimethoxybenzidine was mainly found in blue and black dyed fabrics containing cellulose fiber;2,4\|diaminotoluene was almost exclusively found in printed textiles and its color was mostly red.The process of migration of carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes to the human body which caused by long-term contact friction was simulated,and the migration rate of the dyes was detected up to 7.26%.The related health risks were initially assessed,and the results showed that it was at a low risk level.
