摘要
设计了一种采用恒流源激励双铂电极方式的滴定终点指示模块。基于STM32微控制器设计了模块电路,并通过采集双铂电极上的电压信号,获取了高锰酸盐指数滴定过程的滴定体积-电压曲线。实验结果表明:该终点指示模块相较于传统终点指示模块,具有抗干扰性好、测量精度高、维护成本低的优点,为高锰酸盐指数在线分析的滴定终点信号采集提供了新的选择。
A new titration end point indicator module based on constant current source stimulating double platinum electrodes is designed.The module circuit is designed based on the STM32 microcontroller.And the titration volume-voltage curve of the titration process is obtained by collecting voltage signals on double platinum electrodes.The experimental results show that compared to the traditional indicator module,this module has superior anti-interference,higher measurement precision and lower maintenance cost,which provides a new choice for on-line analysis on titration end point signal acquisition of permanganate index.
