Pharmaceutical care for a patient with sepsis

目的:分析1例脓毒症患者的药物治疗过程,以期为脓毒症发展进程中治疗药物的使用积累经验。方法:在1例脓毒症患者的诊治过程中,临床药师从协助制订抗感染方案、调整药物剂量等方面入手,为患者提供药学服务。结果:临床药师针对患者的病理生理状况,提出优化的药物治疗策略,并给予细致的药学服务,取得较好的疗效。结论:临床药师发挥自身专业特长,找准切入点,协助临床医师优化药物治疗方案,减少药品不良反应的发生,促进了合理用药。

Objective:To analyze the drug treatment process of a patient with sepsis,so as to accumulate medical treatment experience in the development of sepsis.Methods:In the diagnosis and treatment of the patient with sepsis,the clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care by helping physicians to make anti-infective treatment regimen and adjust drug dosage.Results:According to the pathophysiological conditions of the patient,the pharmacist proposed optimized drug treatment strategies and provided the patient with painstaking pharmaceutical care,thus good therapeutic effects were achieved.Conclusion:The clinical pharmacist could make full play of his or her professional specialty to find out right entry point of pharmacy care,help clinical physicians to optimize drug treatment strategies and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,thus promoting rational use of drugs clinically.
