摘要
目的:探索标准化患者模式在临床药师问诊培训中的应用效果。方法:采用标准化患者模式的临床药师问诊培训。学员通过角色扮演反复操练系统问诊内容,编写模拟问诊资料,填写评估表,并参与问诊点评讨论。结果:标准化患者模式的应用能帮助学员建立沟通自信,在短时间内提高语言及非语言沟通能力,掌握系统问诊的内容和技巧,并调动学员学习热情,加强了临床药师职业定位。结论:标准化患者模式的模拟问诊结合真实问诊是行之有效的临床药师问诊培训方法。
Objective:To explore the effect of the standardized patient mode in the interrogation teaching of clinical pharmacists.Methods:The standardized patient mode in the interrogation training of clinical pharmacists was adopted.Through role play,the trainees repeatedly practiced systemic interrogation contents,compiled simulated interrogation materials,completed the forms of assessment tables and participated in the discussion of interrogation comments.Results:The application of the standardized patient mode could help trainees to establish self-confidence in communication and improve their linguistic and non-linguistic communication capacity within a short time,master the required contents and skills concerning interrogation,and as a result,it aroused their learning enthusiasm and intensified their professional orientation.Conclusion:Simulated interrogation combined with real interrogation in the standardized patient mode is an effective training method for clinical pharmacist interrogation.
