摘要
唐山中厚板公司通过长期的摸索实践,对现有加热炉采用成熟可靠的炉温控制技术来实现自动燃烧和炉温控制,将煤气热值引入控制系统,自动设定空燃比减少残氧量。采用换向反吹技术增加蓄热体寿命,明显降低了各项消耗指标,有效提高了企业经济效益。
Through long-term exploration practice,adopting mature and reliable furnace temperature control technology for existing heating furnace to realize automatic combustion and furnace temperature control,introduce the calorific value of the gas into the control system,automatically set the air-fuel ratio to reduce the residual oxygen.Reversing backflushing technology to increase the life of the regenerator,significantly reduced various consumption indicators,effectively improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.
