摘要
邯宝焦化厂1~4号焦炉荒煤气余热回收工程是利用国家发明专利(上升管换热器)技术进行系统优化设计。四座42孔焦炉168根上升管全部改为上升管换热器,吸收上升管荒煤气的余热,产生饱和蒸汽(压力0.8MPa,温度175℃)供焦化生产使用,年可产生低压饱和蒸汽21万t,节能效果显著。
The waste heat recovery project of No.1~4 coke oven waste gas in Hanbao Coking Plant is a system optimization design based on the national invention patent technology(riser tube heat exchanger).All 168 riser tubes of four 42-hole coke ovens were replaced by riser heat exchangers to absorb waste heat from riser waste gas and produce saturated steam(pressure 0.8 MPa,temperature 175℃)for coking production.Low pressure saturated steam can occur at 210000 tons per year,with remarkable energy saving effect.
