我国城市黑臭水体的治理及修复

Treatment and Restoration of Black and Odorous Water in Urban Areas of China

随着工业化和城镇化进程的加快,环境问题日益严峻,而水处理技术的发展及相关政策法规的出台未能同步,导致城市水体黑臭,严重影响了城市形象和人居栖息环境,这已成为制约我国城市经济可持续发展的一个瓶颈,因此,采用有效的技术工艺来改善及控制城市水体黑臭迫在眉睫。通过调研国内外黑臭水体修复技术的最新研究,对黑臭水体治理与修复技术进行系统归纳,并依据我国整治黑臭水体的政策和目标,结合各工艺技术的应用实践,提出了能科学有效地解决我国城市黑臭水体的技术方案。

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,environmental problems have become increasingly serious.However,the development of water treatment technology and the introduction of relevant policies and regulations failed to synchronize,resulting in black and odorous water in urban areas,which seriously affected the image of the city and the habitat of human beings.This has become a"bottleneck"that restricts the sustainable development of China′s urban economy.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to use effective technical techniques to improve and control the black and odorous water in urban areas.Through the investigation of the latest research on the repair technology of black and odorous water at home and abroad,systematically summarize the treatment and restoration technology of black and odorous water.According to the policies and objectives of rectifying black and odorous water bodies in China,combined with the application practice of various process technologies,this paper proposes a technical solution that can solve the black and odorous water in China scientifically and effectively.
