Lamiken-R宫颈扩张器联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～16周妊娠的疗效观察

Cervical Dilator Lamiken-R Combined with Mifepristone and Misoprostol for Termination of 10-16 Weeks’ Gestation

目的探讨Lamiken-R宫颈扩张器联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在妊娠10~16周引产中的效果。方法将60例要求引产的妊娠10~16周孕妇按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组30例。观察组采用Lamiken-R宫颈扩张器联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠;对照组采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠。比较2组孕妇的引产时间(用药至胚胎、胎盘娩出时间)、引产效果、出血量及米索前列醇使用量等,观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组引产时间及米索前列醇使用量均较对照组显著减少(P<0.05);2组完全流产率及出血量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗期间无明显药物不良反应。结论 Lamiken-R宫颈扩张器联合米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10~16周妊娠的方法较单纯米非司酮配伍米索前列醇缩短了引产时间及降低了米索前列醇使用量,安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cervical dilator Lamiken-R combined with mifepristone and misoprostol for terminating 10-16 weeks’ gestation.Methods Sixty pregnant women requesting termination of pregnancy at 10-16 weeks’ gestation were randomly treated with mifepristone-misoprostol regimen alone(control group,n=30) or in combination with cervical dilator Lamiken-R(observation group,n=30).The labor induction time(time from medication to embryo and placenta delivery),induced labor effect,blood loss,misoprostol dosage and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the labor induction time and misoprostol dosage were decreased in observation group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in complete abortion rate and blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Cervical dilator Lamiken-R combined with mifepristone and misoprostol is a safe and effective treatment for termination of 10-16 weeks’ gestation,which can shorten labor induction time and reduce misoprostol dosage compared with mifepristone-misoprostol regimen alone.
