摘要
为了改善水质监测现状,提高水质监测水平,设计了一种基于4G的散射式浊度仪。该检测仪以物联网技术为核心,通过浊度探头来检测水质情况,将水质浊度转换为可被采集的电压信号,利用数据处理电路对浊度传感器输出的信号进行滤波放大,然后送入到单片机的A/D转换器中进行模数转换,最终计算得到水质的浊度。实际测试结果表明,系统能有效地监测到水质的浊度情况,且测量相对误差小于8%,为水质的实时监测提供一种新的方法。
In order to improve the status of water quality monitoring and improve the level of water quality monitoring,a 4G-based scattering turbidity meter was designed.The detector took the Internet of Things technology as the core,detected the water quality by the turbidity probe,converted the water turbidity into a voltage signal that can be collected,and used the data processing circuit to filter and amplify the signal output by the turbidity sensor,and it was sent into the A/D converter of the single-chip microcomputer for analog-to-digital conversion,and the turbidity of water quality was finally calculated.The actual test results show that the system can effectively monitor the turbidity of water quality,and the measurement error is less than 8%,which provides a new method for real-time monitoring of water quality.
