摘要 为了准确快速的检测混合液体的浓度,设计了一种基于光谱分析的液体浓度检测系统。系统将传感器技术和集成电路技术相结合,利用LED光源照射待测液体,通过光电检测电路提取被待测溶液吸收的光强度,利用多组已知浓度的标准溶液对系统进行标定,通过最小二乘法拟合出液体浓度与吸光强度之间的关系,最终通过拟合的数据曲线反推出待测液体的浓度。实际测试结果表明,系统能有效检测出待测液体的浓度,且检测的回收率在92.6%~101.1%之间,设计的数学模型具有良好的检测效果,该系统可用于混合液体的浓度检测。 In order to accurately and quickly detect the concentration of mixed liquid,a liquid concentration detection system based on spectral analysis was designed.The system combined sensor technology and integrated circuit technology,used LED light source to illuminate the liquid to be tested,extracted the light intensity absorbed by the solution to be tested through photoelectric detection circuit,calibrated the system with multiple sets of standard solutions,and the relation between liquid concentration and light absorption intensity was obtained by least square method.Finally,the concentration of the liquid to be measured was deduced by fitting data curve.The actual test results show that the system can effectively detect the concentration of the liquid to be tested,and the recovery rate is between 92.6%and 101.1%.The designed mathematical model has a good detection effect.The system can be used for the concentration detection of mixed liquids.
