高压氧改善康复期成人缺血缺氧性脑病的效果分析

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen on adult hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in rehabilitation phase

目的:评价高压氧改善康复期成人缺血缺氧性脑病的效果.方法:2012年1月-2019年3月收治康复期成人缺血缺氧性脑病患者99例,随机分为两组.对照组采用胞磷胆碱+中高流量吸氧治疗;治疗组采用高压氧治疗.比较两组治疗前后心理弹性、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)和日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel)评分.结果:两组治疗前心理弹性、NIHSS和Barthel评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗9 d后心理弹性、NIHSS和Barthel评分改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:高压氧改善康复期成人缺血缺氧性脑病有效,可改善神经功能并促进康复.

Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on adult hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in rehabilitation phase.Methods:From January 2012 to March 2019,99 adult patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in rehabilitation phase were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with citicoline plus medium and high flow oxygen,and the treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.We compared the psychoelasticity,NIHSS and Barthel scores of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in psychoelasticity,NIHSS and Barthel scores(P>0.05).After 9 days of treatment,the improvement of psychoelasticity,NIHSS and Barthel scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen was effective in improving adult hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in rehabilitation phase,it can improve neurological function and promote rehabilitation.
