腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与开腹手术在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果对比

Comparison of total laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparotomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma

目的:对比腹腔镜下全子宫切除术与开腹手术在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果.方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治子宫肌瘤患者50例,按治疗方案不同分为两组各25例.对照组实施开腹全子宫切除术治疗;观察组实施腹腔镜下全子宫切除术治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组出血量显著少于对照组,术后住院时间以及术后排气时间显著短于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:腹腔镜下全子宫切除术可有效缓解子宫肌瘤患者临床症状,减少出血量和住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率.

Objective:To compare the effect of total laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparotomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:50 cases of hysteromyoma were selected from January 2016 to January 2019,they were divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group according to different treatment plan.The control group was treated with open hysterectomy,the observation group was treated with total laparoscopic hysterectomy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the postoperative hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time were significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total laparoscopic hysterectomy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with hysteromyoma,reduce the amount of bleeding and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
