探讨微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值

To explore the application value of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of adolescents

目的:评估微型种植体支抗在青少年口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值.方法:2018年3月-2019年7月选取青少年口腔正畸治疗患者92例,随机分为两组各46例.甲组使用非种植体支抗治疗;乙组使用种植体支抗治疗.对比两组治疗效果及总满意度.结果:乙组上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差、磨牙移位等效果均优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组总满意度高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:青少年口腔正畸治疗中,微型种植体支抗治疗模式既可强化治疗效果,还可提高患者满意度.

Objective:To explore the application value of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of adolescents.Methods:From March 2018 to July 2019,92 adolescent patients with orthodontic treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 46 patients in each.Group A was treated with non implant anchorage,group B was treated with implant anchorage.We compared the treatment effect and total satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In group B,the effects of inclination difference of upper and middle incisors,crown distance difference of upper and middle incisors and molar displacement were better than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the orthodontic treatment of teenagers,the micro implant anchorage treatment mode can not only strengthen the treatment effect,but also improve the patients'satisfaction.
