鼻内镜联合吸引剥离子对鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者通气功能及并发症的影响

Effect of nasal endoscopy combined with attracting and stripping ions on ventilation function and complications in patients with correction of deviation of nasal septum

目的:探讨采用鼻内镜联合吸引剥离子治疗鼻中隔偏曲患者的临床效果及对并发症的影响.方法:2012年3月-2018年3月收治鼻中隔偏曲患者50例,按治疗方案不同分为两组.对照组给予常规隔矫正术治疗;观察组在此基础上给予鼻内镜联合吸引剥离子治疗.比较两组鼻腔通气功能及并发症发生率.结果:观察组治疗后2周及1个月通气功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:鼻内镜联合吸引剥离子可有效缓解鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者临床症状,患者通气功能好,并发症少.

Objective:To explore the effect of nasal endoscopy combined with attracting and stripping ions on ventilation function and complications in patients with correction of deviation of nasal septum.Methods:From March 2012 to March 2018,50 patients with deviation of nasal septum were selected,according to different treatment schemes,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional septal correction,and the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopy combined with attracting and stripping ions on this basis.We compared the nasal ventilation function and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:At two weeks and one month after treatment,the ventilation function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopy combined with attracting and stripping ions can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with deviation of nasal septum,the patients had good ventilation function and few complications.
