米非司醇、米索前列醇在绝经后取环困难患者术前的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of the preoperative application of mifepristone and misoprostol in postmenopausal patients with difficult ring removal

目的:探究米非司醇、米索前列醇在绝经后取环困难患者术前的应用效果.方法:2013年12月-2018年12月收治绝经后取环困难患者305例,按照治疗方案不同分为两组.常规组术前口服米非司酮;干预组在口服米非司酮基础上联合米索前列醇治疗.比较两组患者手术后取环效果及术中疼痛情况.结果:干预组手术后取环效果优于常规组,干预组患者疼痛程度低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:米非司醇联合米索前列醇可促使绝经后取环困难患者顺利取环,有效降低患者术中疼痛程度.

Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol on the preoperative application of postmenopausal patients with difficult ring removal.Methods:From December 2013 to December 2018,305 postmenopausal patients with difficult ring removal were treated,they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment schemes.The routine group was treated with mifepristone before operation,the intervention group was treated with misoprostol on the basis of oral mifepristone.The effect of ring removal and intraoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The effect of ring removal in the intervention group was better than the routine group,the pain degree in the intervention group was lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with misoprostol can promote the successful removal of rings in postmenopausal patients with difficult ring removal and effectively reduce the degree of intraoperative pain.
