补阳还五汤加味配合针灸治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture for treatment of stroke sequela

目的:分析补阳还五汤加味配合针灸治疗脑卒中后遗症的临床效果.方法:2017年11月-2018年10月收治脑卒中后遗症患者120例,随机数字法分为两组各60例.参照组给予补阳还五汤加味治疗;联合治疗组给予补阳还五汤加味配合针灸治疗.比较两组临床有效率和不良反应发生率.结果:联合治疗组临床有效率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:补阳还五汤加味配合针灸治疗脑卒中后遗症临床效果显著.

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae.Methods:From November 2017 to October 2018,120 patients with stroke sequela were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction for treatment,the combination treatment group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture for treatment.Comparison of clinical effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of stroke sequela.
