PET/CT显像在肝细胞癌患者术后随访中的价值

The value of PET/CT imaging in postoperative follow-up of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:探讨18F氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET/CT显像在肝细胞癌患者术后随访中的价值.方法:2018年3月-2019年2月选取PET中心接受检查的疑似肝细胞癌患者129例,探讨18F-FDG PET/CT显像对肝细胞癌患者术后情况的实际应用价值.结果:所有患者随访时间为6~12个月,经随访后发现存在复发与转移情况81例,其中单独肝外转移10例,单独肝内复发40例,肝内复发合并肝外转移31例.18F-FDG PET/CT显像对肝细胞癌诊断敏感性为93.12%,特异性为87.58%,准确性为92.31%.结论:在对肝细胞癌患者术后随访中,可通过18F-FDG PET/CT显像对复发与转移情况进行判断,具备较高检出率,有助于全面评估患者实际病情.

Objective:To explore the value of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG)PET/CT imaging in postoperative follow-up of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:129 patients with suspected hepatocellular carcinoma who were examined at the PET center from March 20 to February 2019 were selected,we explored the practical value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in postoperative patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.After follow-up,81 cases of recurrence and metastasis were found,including 10 cases of extrahepatic metastasis alone,40 cases of intrahepatic recurrence alone,and 31 cases of intrahepatic recurrence and extrahepatic metastasis.The sensitivity of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging for hepatocellular carcinoma was 93.12%,the specificity was 87.58%,and the accuracy was 92.31%.Conclusion:In the follow-up of patients with HCC,18F-FDG PET/CT imaging can be used to judge the recurrence and metastasis,with a high detection rate,which is helpful to evaluate the actual condition of patients.
