早期康复护理模式对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨早期康复护理模式对脑梗死患者生活质量的影响.方法:2018年6月-2019年5月收治急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为两组.观察组采用早期康复护理模式护理;对照组行常规护理.比较两组护理后运动功能和生活质量评分.结果:观察组运动功能恢复情况及生活质量指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:早期康复护理模式对患者运动功能恢复有利,并可增加患者生活自理能力.

Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing mode on quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:From June 2018 to May 2019,100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing mode,and the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the scores of motor function and quality of life after nursing between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the recovery of motor function and quality of life index were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing mode was beneficial to the recovery of patients'motor function,and it can increase the ability of patients'self-care.
