高压氧科优质人文护理在一氧化碳中毒诊疗过程中的作用

The role of high quality humanistic nursing in the diagnosis and treatment of CO poisoning

目的:分析高压氧科优质人文护理在一氧化碳(CO)中毒诊疗过程中的作用.方法:2015年1月-2018年12月收治急性CO中毒康复期患者100例,随机分为两组.对照组采用高压氧科常规康复护理;观察组采用高压氧科优质人文护理工作模式.比较两组满意度及症状缓解度.结果:观察组患者满意度、医生满意度、家属满意度、症状缓解度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:高压氧科优质人文护理显著提高患者、家属、医生满意度,提升护理服务水平和症状缓解度.

Objective:To analyze the role of high quality humanistic nursing in the diagnosis and treatment of CO poisoning.Methods:100 cases of convalescent patients with acute CO poisoning were selected from January 2015 to December 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygenation routine rehabilitation,while the observation group was treated with optimized hyperbaric oxygenation.The satisfaction and symptom relief of the two groups were compared.Results:The patients'satisfaction,doctors'satisfaction,family members'satisfaction and symptom relief in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality humanistic nursing in hyperbaric oxygen department can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients,family members and doctors,and improve the level of nursing service and symptom relief.
